Maintains a private teaching studio encompassing students of all ages (6-65) and levels (beginner to advanced). Teaching emphasizes adaptive personalized technique, expanding knowledge of musical theory and history, and public performance. Yearly studio recitals are held. Tzufeng received her Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance from The University of Illinios at Urbana-Champaign, IL (2008). In addition to her private teaching, she maintains an active performance schedule, giving solo concerts with works spanning baroque to contemporary periods, along with accompanying various UNM faculty and guest performers.
